8.9- Payments and refunds: Prices are different for customers in the united kingdom where products we sell are priced in GBP than the prices for the rest of the world prices in USD and it’s not a conversion related relation between the two type of prices that maybe for the same product, however, we give you the consumer to choose which currency to pay in, and if you chose to pay in GBP you will pay the prices we charge in the United kingdom as we are based in the united kingdom, and if you chose to pay in USD you will pay the prices for the rest of the world. 8.16- You accept the fact that when you try of our paid services, you agree that once you try the service then pay for it, nothing changes in terms of the performance of your products as they are all advertising material. For employers that pay to access to potential employees category CVs and Resumes as in that case we are clear with the employers as in how many applicants are there in every page and we don’t guarantee that any of the applicants for example hasn’t found a job or if they are not available for work and therefore you are paying to access their data and not for the applicants suitability but whoever upload their CV or Resume can edit or delete it for free, so there is no reason why the data you access shouldn’t be good for purpose. For our Door Stop Notice sticker that is resent or refundable under the EU 14 refund policy if not received and reported within 14 days and we failed to track or trace it which is very rare but we will resend it or refund you if you didn’t get it after 7 business days from when you reported it not received, but as all are stickers that sticks to a temp surface until they are placed on your property and further more tested with a video we hold for each sent sticker, it’s almost non-existent rare that a sticker won’t work but we will refund you if this is the case and if you reported it within 14 days and sent the defective sticker back”. All what is considered not allowed on our websites are clearly mentioned on our advertising terms and conditions that are part of our websites and Entelfinanden Limited terms and conditions, or if you have paid for a service you are not eligible to get, and therefore we ask our advertisers to try the service first, and when their advert is placed when its free, it simply means that the advertiser is eligible to place that advert and later paying for it if they wish after their trial.
